Sugar Free Dalgona Coffee (Creamy Instant Coffee)

Learn how to make this trendy whipped coffee without using sugar (only instant coffee and water)! Add your milk of choice and any flavorings you like. With this recipe you are able to adjust to any amount and type of sweetener that you like!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 3/4 cup oat milk or other milk of choice
  • ice

Instructions

  • In a milk frother (or a cup with handheld frother), add cold water and instant coffee.
  • Froth until thick and creamy (around two minutes or less). Note: if you are using a milk frother that has different heat settings, make sure to set to cold.
  • Fill a glass with ice, add milk of choice, and top with whipped coffee. You may need to use a spoon to spoon the foam into the glass.
  • Stir well before drinking and enjoy!
