Need a quick, high-protein salad? Give this Japanese American tofu salad a try. It's light and refreshing, and it doesn't use any chili oil, for those of you who don't like spicy foods.

tofu

lettuce
shredded

tomato
chopped

can
boneless salmon
flaked

green onion
chopped

sesame oil

cup
Japanese soy sauce
toasted white sesame seeds
for sprinkling
Instructions
In a casserole or 8x8" dish, place tofu.
Layer lettuce, tomato, and flaked salmon on top.
Pour sesame oil and soy sauce over the ingredients.
Sprinkle green onion and sesame seeds on top to taste.
