Ingredients
1batchRiceSelect Texmati Ricemade from 2 cups uncooked rice
Make fresh rice in a rice cooker or heat up leftover rice in the microwave. If making fresh rice, be sure to account for an extra 20 minutes time to cook the rice.
Add in butter and mix to melt.
Add in pico de gallo and shredded chicken. Mix.
Drizzle sesame oil to taste and mix.
