Banana Cream Matcha Latte

Korean banana milk meets banana cream pie meets matcha latte.

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp instant banana pudding mix
- 1 banana
- 1 cup soy milk can sub other milks
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tsp high quality drinking matcha
- ice
- 2 vanilla wafers crushed
In a mixing bowl, add heavy cream and banana pudding mix. Whip until soft peaks form. Set aside in the fridge while you prepare the latte.
Put banana, soy milk, water, and matcha in a blender and blend until smooth.
Fill two 12 oz glasses with ice. Pour banana matcha latte into your glasses.
Top each latte with the banana whipped cream you prepared earlier. Sprinkle some crushed vanilla wafers on top and serve immediately.
