My daughter requested matcha birthday cake baked in a heart shaped bundt pan. The pan holds 12 cups so I doubled the recipe and baked for about 45 minutes. I used pastry flour and added the extra baking powder and salt (per google) for leavening. Also added an extra bit of matcha but maybe didn’t need to. Matcha flavor was pronounced and just like you would expect! Thanks mochi mommy!
