]]>Ah, thanks for the feedback! Honestly, I’ve really been wanting to do more rice cooker recipes, but I need to get a new rice cooker XD. I’ve got a 3 cup one, but now I’ve got 4 mouths to feed in my family. I need to upgrade! Lately, I’ve been doing more “side” rice dishes – like adding edamame or shoyu corn to the rice when it’s done, but I guess that’s not technically a one-pot recipe since I serve it with other dishes. Maybe I’ll start adding them to the blog, though, if those kinds of things are in demand!
]]>Hey Doug! I don’t have my newsletters set for every single post. I typically send out monthly newsletters with a roundup of highlighted posts from the previous month. Good to know that you are looking for more frequent notifications. I may eventually provide options for different levels of subscriptions. I do hope you give this recipe a try – it’s one of those I use when I need something easy and mess-free, although it’s not my most “gourmet” dish. Let me know how it goes.
