]]>Hi Carolyn, thanks for your comment! I do not have a recipe for pandan or Thai tea specifically YET, but if you want to use pandan extract, you can simply omit the matcha and use a teaspoon of extract and some green food coloring. I do want to start using actual pandan leaves more in my recipes, so stay tuned! For Thai tea, if you have a package mix, you can steep your milk in it before adding to the recipe, but most tea flavored cakes taste best if you can get ground up tea and actually add it to the flour.
