Thanks Natalia! The traditional recipe actually uses a rice flour that’s made from regular Japanese rice, so I THINK it should be okay, but I’ve never tried using a non-Japanese brand of rice flour. I’m sure it will still cook well, but maybe the texture will be slightly different.
