I used 2 boxes of lemon jello and eliminated the sugar. Its a hit with my family.

Hi Wendy, I personally don’t taste the coconut at all in the finished product, as the other flavors are much stronger. However, if you are very sensitive to coconut, I recommend trying another very fatty milk – something like whole milk or oat milk might work. I haven’t actually tested it myself, so I can’t guarantee success, but that’s my best guess.
