]]>This is the third time I’ve made butter mochi from Kristen’s recipes. I prefer to reduce the sugar. 1 cup of sugar in this recipe is plenty for my taste. I also like them gooey, so I reduce the cooking time to 52 minutes. This chocolate one is irresistible, especially when served warm, and I can’t wait to make it again!
