]]>Would not have thought of putting a whole Kabucha in the microwave, this was a genius move. I was able to cook it completely meaning I could 5x the recipe (without my saucepan flooding my kitchen!) and just put the Kabucha into serving bowls. I couldn’t find dashi, so I bought some dried shiitake, poured in a litre of water and used the remaining water as stock, along with some chicken stock 🙂 Thanks
