PERFECT banana foam! I tweaked my own matcha recipe, but the pudding/foam is heavenly!!!

I like the heavy cream and pudding mix concussion the most. I don’t like soy so used grass-fed milk and wasn’t a fan of the 1 cup water. It wasn’t terrible but I was expecting Okayama Kobo dupe. The color was off to, wasn’t even green cause I used Jade brand. I did the recipe and I wanted to add might be good to specify the banana like ripe? Like how ripe and also I don’t think Jello makes just “banana” pudding … I ended up with banana cream instant mix.
